CVD gas deposition furnace is a vertical vacuum induction heating furnace, which consists of furnace body, furnace cover, vacuum system, electrical system, gas system, and water cooling system, etc.The furnace body adopts water-cooled sandwich structure.The furnace is equipped with induction coil, and the heating body is also made of graphite crucible.The heating body is surrounded by a thermal insulation device composed of carbon felt and a heat insulation device composed of corundum.
