Q-05: Do you have the products in stock?
A: No. All E-bikes are to be produced according to your order including samples. Due to the COVID-19 influences, more and more customers place order and our factory Output is not enough to match customers demands. Therefore we require MOQ in production.
Q-06: Can I mix different models in one container shipment?
A: Yes. We can arrange production and delivery with Different models mixed in 1*40’HQ container(about 250 to 350 pieces). MOQ For each color: 50 PIECES, MOQ For each SIZE: 50 PIECES/ITEM,
Q-07: What's the delivery time?
A: Normally in the forms of OEM production, it usually takes about 120-180 days to produce an order by MOQ (normally 100 to 150 pieces per item) to match a full 40’ HQ container. But the exact delivery time may be different for different orders or at different time. However for stock items, for example iCity-01E/ iLife 1.0 E-bike, we can do the delivery fast within 15 days after advance payment.

A: High quality bicycles always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production workflow. Every product is fully created and assembled at our advanced workshops and, are carefully tested before packaging for shipment.

Different warranty time for different products.
