3rd Generation NFT Channel
1. The NFT Channel is third generation patent design product (G&N patent design product, patent No. ZL 2015 3 0540157.9).
2.It's made by food grade PVC material which compliant to RoHs standards, environmentally friendly, heavy metal free
3.The high quality PVC allow our NFT channel to withstand high strength, adult of 80Kgs standing on it and there's no deformation.
4.Long lifespan: It can last over 10 years in the greenhouse.
5.Size: 100 x 55mm, thickness 2.0mm
Perfect size for leafy vegetables. Depth is 55mm, 5mm above of the water to allow roots to touch more oxygen.
Water and Fertilizer saving for 80%
With the trapezoid design on the bottom, our NFT channel can save 80% water,fertilizer and energy.
Compared with round pipe and square channels, we only need much less water for the vegetables, for difference please refer to the above picture. What's more, water will only flow in Center part with our channel, while it may go sides with flat bottom channel from other suppliers. Even when the plant is small, it won't die because lack of water.
Moreover, this design can reduce mass growing in the channel because lack of water in the sides.
