Q3: How can I get some samples?

A3:We appreciate that new clients pay the courier cost for free samples and this charge will be deducted once orders are released.

A4:Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

 

Q5:What is the normal lead time?

A5:   A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after receive your payment.

        B. For mass production, the delivery time is 10-15 days after receive your deposit.

        C. For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your payment.

 

Q6:What is your payment term?

A6:A. T/T, PayPal, Western Union or by Alibaba Trade Assurance.

     B. For bulk production: 30% pay in advance, 70% pay before shipping.

A7:A.For small trial order,FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc can be provided.

A9:We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will be arranged after samples approved.Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

 

Q10:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

A10: If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must  be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
