Automatic snap button attaching machine
We make manual work into simple and comfort operation:
You simply put on the fabric on attaching position, step on the pedal and IH-B06 do the rest: feeding upper and bottom buttons automatically from both sides, and perfectly detect and adjust the positon based on surface picture, meanwhile the machine is drilling a hole on fabric, then attaching button together, and so on we are able to reach 60-120 buttons/min.
IH-B06 is a popular product with excellent automation, it greatly simplifies the manual operation steps, thus reducing the burden and pressure of everyone, can be widely used in many scenarios.
In this automatic design, not only you can achieve high efficiency, but also high quality.
When you apply such button fasterner, no need of seperated manual work such as punching/drilling fabric then attaching together. Investment on such machine the return cycle will be 1 to 2 years.
Available for top and bottom (male and female) buttons type: 831 633 655 and T3, T5, T8 buttons .
For different button sizes, we just need to simply changing the molding set, very easy to do this locally.

Product packaging
Full set usually packed in wooden box.
We'll test the machine after assembling and send videos to you fro approval. Then we pack the machine into the wooden box, we'll fixed the wheel on the wooden board and make sure no moving around after packing.
Seperated packing in carton box for different parts.
Usually machine head 1* carton box, table and chair 1* carton box, and motor 1*carton box. For mixed orders we also use wooden box to pack up small pieces to obtain all accessories in case of missing.
