2. It should be preheated before heating the cold kiln.
3. It should be cooled and heated gradually, avoid heat and cold shocks.
4. It should be handled with care, avoid beating by sharp objects.
5. The end of heater must be immersed into the aluminum solution when heating, it must avoid dry heating.
6. To avoid leaking, you should choose the elastic gasket with high temperature resistance when installing the flange.
7. Keep regular cleaning and maintenance, which can increase the service time, otherwise, the lifetime will be shorter.
8. When installing the degassing rotor shaft, make sure every bolt is fastened tightly so that avoiding the bolt loose.
