Product Description
UnitekFiber's GYTA optical cable is a loose tube made of high modulus material with a 250µm fiber sleeve, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a strengthening core, made of metal, for optical cables with certain core numbers. The loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water blocking fillers. Plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded into a cable with a polyethylene sheath.
