Packing: using 1pcs/polybag+ outer carton
Delivery:For small quantity, Delivery by express, such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS etc.
For large CBM, delivery by air or sea, according to client's requirement.
We can also send goods to client's forwarder.
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP all is available.

Q1: How to proceed an order for bag?
A1: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q2: How to deal with the faulty?
A2: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send bag with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q3. Can I get a sample to check quality before order?
A3: Yes, sample is available. After you pay sample fee, we can send sample to you by express.
Sample fee is about USD 15-150 according to your requirement.
If possible, sample can be free but you pay the shipping cost.
Q4: Are you a factory/manufacturer or a trading company?
A4: We are a factory/manufacturer, having own warehouse, workshop, QC team, packing team,sample room, design master etc...More than 15 years experience in producing all kinds of bag.

Q6: What's Lead/production time and sample time? How to pay?
A6: Usually, sample time is about 5-7 days.
Lead/production time is about 25-45 days, but it is according to your quantity.
If you custom, payment below $2000, pay it in one time.
Above $2000, can 30% deposit before production +70% balance payment after finish production.
You can pay it by TT, Western union, Alipay etc...
Q7: Can you show you real picture of similar bag which you custom for you other client?
