A: Sample order accepted 100% payment in advance. Bulk order accept 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we have our own mould maching, so we can produce by your samples or drawings to design the molds.

Q4. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, surely we will have 100% test before delivery to make sure everything is fine.

 

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 ~ 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. Can we send you our ideal idea about the letter then you design for us?
A: Yes, we can make some drawings for you to choose and help you get the best design.

Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
