(1) The selection of the ultrasonic heat meter flowmeter specification should be based on the actual flow of the pipeline equal to or slightly less than the common flow rate of the ultrasonic heat meter, and the diameter of the ultrasonic heat meter should not be determined solely on the pipe diameter.
(2) The direction of the arrow on the case is the same as the direction of water flow during installation.
(3) The temperature sensor with a red label on the ultrasonic heat meter must be installed on the same pipe as the meter body.
(4) After installation, lead seals should be made between the body of the ultrasonic heat meter and the connecting nut, and between the temperature measuring ball valve and the temperature sensor.
(5) All components of the ultrasonic heat meter (flow meter components, temperature sensor components and calculator components) should be installed at locations that avoid exposure, flooding, freezing, chemical pollution, and facilitate disassembly and meter reading.
(6) Users can refer to the installation diagram.
(7) During the construction of the water supply system, a straight pipe section should be installed instead of the ultrasonic heat meter for pipeline cleaning or the system pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned before installation to remove the debris such as hemp, sand and gravel in the branch pipe to avoid causing flow meters Failure; when using it, you should remove the debris in the filter frequently (it is recommended to clean it twice every heating season) according to the water quality. It is recommended that 10DN should be left in front of the meter and 5DN should be left behind the meter (DN is the nominal diameter of the ultrasonic heat meter).
