ZW32-40.5 vacuum(recloser)consist of  electric spring mechanism (or permanent magnent)and reliable intelligent controller.It mainly used in medium-voltage overhead line grid for breaking and closing load current,overload current and short-circuit current.It has the abability of automatically reclosing brake 0-3times It apply For substations and industrial mining enterprises in the power distribution system for protection and control purposes, and rural power grid frequent operationplaces.

The circuit breaker with small size, light weight, anti-condensation, maintenance-free features, can adapt to harsh climatic conditions and polluted environment.

Product structure description:

1.ZW32-40.5 mainly consist of intergret solid-seal pole,current transformer,electrical mechanism and box.The model is designed in small shape.At same time equip with manual breakingan closing brake device.Current is transformer is choosed by the requirement of custom.

2.Intelligent control unit provide with the ability of long-distance controling through communication port,operated by remote controller(cable,optical fiber,GPRS/CDMA,GCM.etc are selected for communication passage)

3.Intelligent control unit intalled adjacent to breaker.Through control cable to connect with breaker.Electric source of intelligent control include main electric source and backup source.Main electric is AC or DC 220V,is acquired by high voltage line through PT.Backup source is supplied by storage battery(installed in intelligent control unit box).When proper functioning,main electric source supply electric to backup source(fully charged) is able to bear machine to work for not less 48 hours

4.There are urgent breaking brake handgrip set in breaker operation mechanism for urgent breaking operation when control system or electric source happen.
