Q1: Are you a factory?
A: Yes, we have our own factory in Shenzhen. Welcome to visit our company if
you have free time.
Q2: Do you provide free sample?
A: Yes, we could offer free sample for some items, but do not pay the cost of
freight.
Q3: Can | make my own logo on it?
A: Of course. We support OEM and ODM service, including color, logo, package,
size etc.
Q4: What's your MOQ?
A: For orders supply from stock, the MOQ is 1 pcs. For OEM or ODM orders, the
MOQ is 500 pcs.
Q5: Can | add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?
A Yes, but you need to tell us asap. If your order has been done in our production
line, we cannot change it. It is about 2 days after confirming the order.
