Product Characteristic
Silicone scar repair sheet is a thin, flexible, comfortable and self-adherent soft silicone sheet for scar management. Indicated to prevent or improve the appearance of old and new hypertrophic and keloid scars, often resulting from: c-sections, tummy tucks, injuries, burns, surgeries, and much more.
Clinical indications
Silicone wound contact layer can be used with a secondary absorbent dressing, indicated for a wide range of exuding wounds , such as skin tears, skin abrasion, blistering, diabetic foot ulcer, pressure ulcer, leg venous, arterial ulcer, first and second degree burns, partial and full thickness grafts, Epidermolysis Bullosa, surgical wounds and traumatic wounds. It can be used as wound protective layer on non-exuding wounds and on areas with fragile skin. It also can be used as wound protective layer in NPWT system. The product is indicated for a professional use only and single use device. Product may remain in place for up to 14 days which allows cost effective and undisturbed wound healing.
