Q4. What's your packing?
A: In general,inside in waterproof polybag,outside in plastic woven bag if needed. But we also can according to your requirement to packing such as cartoon or vacummn.
Q5. What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our products as we have special quality control department who will 100% check every goods before shipment,we make sure all the goods we sent out to customers are in good condition.when customers receive the goods in 15 days,if there are broken one,please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.
Q6.How to order samples? It is free or charged?
A:We can provide FREE samples,but you need to afford the freight.If you place an big order in next time,we will return the samples freight back to you.
Q7:How to pay for the orders?
A:We can accept T/T and L/C .
For total amount less than USD 1000, T/T in advance is must.
For total amount more than USD 1000, 30% deposit first, and the balance against the B/L copy.
