Product Description

Production Process

Choose 8-160 mesh clean without impurities of quartz sand (strictly control the moisture content) 90-98 copies, inorganic pigment 1-8 copies, enamel glaze sintering additives 1-2 copies. Mix the inorganic pigment 1-8 copies and sintering additives 1-2 copies and grind into uniform particle size of fine powder. Then mix the 90-98 quartz sand into the powder together, high temperature sintering with the sintering temperature of 350-350 ℃ and sintering time: 10-15 minutes. After all the process, we get the colored enamel sintering sand.

Sintering sand has been widely used in really stone paint, floor paint, metal color tile particles, color pavement anti-skid
particles, waterproofing coil materials, cycling track, aquarium viewing sand, sand foundation, sand painting process,children's entertainment sand and other industrial decoration fields.
