Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products (N-SiC) is a new kind of structural ceramic material, it uses high purity silicon carbide powder and silicon metal powder, after the grouting molding process into porous body, at the temperature of 1400~1500℃, through reaction sintering and formed.To in the process of sintering furnace charge high purity nitrogen gas, make the body of the silicon and nitrogen reaction SI3N4, therefore, in the silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide is a two-phase composite material, about 75% of SIC, SI3N4 accounted for about 23%, its high strength, oxidation resistance is strong, as the kiln furniture material is especially suitable for medium and low temperature, large load of the kiln,The operating temperature is about 1450℃.
