1. If the bond between the segment and the core or barrel fails during the normal useful life of the blade (polishing pad, cup wheel, core bit, finger bit, etc) the blade will be credit or replaced free of charge;
2. If the blade (polishing pad, cup wheel, core bit, finger bit, etc) fails within the first 50% of segment wear, the blade will be credit or replaced free of charge.
3. All possible defectives must be proven by evidence such as pictures or videos, credit or replacement will be issued to customer upon our company’s inspection and approval.
