Structure of jack filter press

1. Filter press consist of frame ,filter plate ,pressing system

The frame can be wrapped with stainless steel if customer need

The filter plate can be chamber type ,or diaphragm squeezing type  

The pressing system is manual jack screw type.Except for manual jack screw type, we also supply manual hydraulic type, automatic hydraulic type   

2. For manual jack screw type , The filter area is more suitable for 1-40 square meter    

3. The volume of filter chamber :15-600L

4. Filter pressure can be 0.6Mpa  

5. The filter plate can undertake temperature 0-120 ℃

Working principle of manual jack screw press filter

The filter plates are closed together under pressure,and then formed filter chamber. Press the material into the chamber with feeding pump until filter cake formed with lower moisture content.Discharge the filter cake ,finish separating solid and liquid.

The manual jack screw filter press can make the function ,such as diaphragm squeezing , cake washing, compressed air purge, etc.

Application of filter press ,The filter press can separate most kinds of suspension liquid, achieve solid -liquid separation effect
