Product Overview
Main Structure and working principle:
This machine consist of main body, worm wheel box,,stainless steel coating pan,heating device,hot air&common blower,electrical controlling system.The transmission process that the motor drives the worm wheel and worm via triangle belt to make the coating pan rotate. Then the material revolves up and down in the coating pan, so that even mixing, pelletizing and polishing can be completed well.
Application:
Coating machine is mainly used for tablet/pill,chocolate,sugar,peanuts,almond,nuts,candy,beans,
seeds ect polishing, and also for spice flour powder spraying, shaping ball, mini-pill, pellet , mixing and polishing in the industry of food and chemicals etc.
