Q1. Can I ask for samples before placing an order?

A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: How old does the dog have to be before using the anti bark collar.

A2: Your dog should have learned basic obedience commands such as "Sit" or "Stay".The Collar Receiver might be too large for pets under 15 pounds.

Q3: Once my dog completes training and is been borying my commands, will he/she have to wear the Receiver Collar?

A3: Probably not, but you may try to reinforce training with the collar.

Q4: Can I attach a leash to the Collar Receiver?

A4: No, This can result in pulling the contract points too tightly against your dog's neck, Attach a leash to a separate, nonmetallic collar or harness. Ensure the extra collar does not put pressure on the contact points.

Q5: How long can I leave collar receiver on my dog?

A5: The design of the collar discourages constant wearing. We recommend not having the dog wear the collar for more than 12 hours our of every 24 hours period.

Q6: How long should process my training session for my pet?

A6: Training sessions should be kept positive and short, it is better for about 10-15 minutes for each session.

Q7. How can I work with you for my OEM/ODM orders?
A7: 1>For OEM orders on the models we alraedy have, we accept 30% initial payment after the sample test, the balance must be cleared before the shipment;

       2>For design new model for your own, we need the full payment for the sample R&D, normally, the sample will be come out after 45 days, after that we can negitiate the details for the mass production.

Q8. Can your print my own logo?
A8: Yes, please send us your logo pattern, we will offer sample with your logo before mass production.
