Use | How tu use. 1) Screw cap to maximum closure. 2) Shake the bottle well (about 10 seconds). 3) Unscrew the cap and drink the contents. 1 bottle per day after meals. Take Prolife Lactobacilli after meals, to keep the lactic acid bacteria more vigorous and more effective for longer. |
