4. When will you ship goods after payment?
Normally, if we have the item within stock, ship within 2 days. If without inventory, 5 days Our factory will urgently manufacture the products you need..We will let you know shipping day during festival before order.
5. Do you have video for the products?
We could make one for you, but we are not professional in making great video. You need to pay charge if you want very professional one.
6. How many orders you ship out a day?
We deliver 3000 - 4000 orders per day. Orders will be more for busy season( kinds of festivals)
7. Can you ship the products without watermark and without any promotion?
Yes, there will not be our company information. We are showing our SKU no. on every item, and on the waybill we mention name and address. Also no invoice, no price sheet will show to clients.

Yes, if you have 2000-3000 sets for one product we can make it free, if not, need pay some charge.
