5,Properties: colorless translucent crystalline or white particles, or white crystalline powder, often containing a crystal water, odorless, taste extreme acid, soluble in water, alcohol and ether. The calcium salts are more soluble in cold water than in hot water. This property is often used to identify and separate citric acid.
6, Use: used in the food industry, especially as an acidification agent, PH buffer, and other compounds as a preservative. In detergent industry, it is an ideal substitute for phosphate. Chemical cleaning of boiler, acid washing agent, chemical cleaning and rinsing agent for boiler. It is mainly used as food acidity agent, and is also used to prepare medicine cooling agent and detergent.
