Q: Is your product food grade ?

A: Yes, our product approved SGS test, can contact food directly.

 

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Generally 5~7 days for materials in stock. Or within 15 days if the material need to be customized, it is according to quantity.

 

Q: Can we get free sample from you ?

A: Yes, normally we provide one piece or two pieces samples for free, we ship freight collected if customer have express account. Or we can receive freight fee on Paypal or Western union if customer do not have express account.

 

Q: Do you have MOQ for your products?

     Industrial class A:

            Normally our MOQ for fabric and adhesive roll is 1m x 5m, we don’t have MOQ for small adhesive tapes.

     Food class A:

            MOQ will be 100pcs for simple packing like OPP bag, and 1000sets if customer need OEM packing.

 

Q: What is the temperature resistance of your products?

A: Our material can be continuously used under temperature of 260℃, PTFE coated products can resist max temperature up to 360℃.
