SALES AFTER SERVICE:

If this product is faulty during use,we will provide you with the following services:

1. The product from the date of purchase to calculate the warranty period, the warranty period is one year.


2. Due to the quality of the product itself not work properly, and we will provide a free repair service, you can replace the product if necessary.


3. Due to improper use (for example: static electricity, welding, improper wiring, over current use, over voltage use) and other causes of damage to the product, we will try to repair; but it will be billed according to the cost of repair or replacement of the corresponding components cost.


4. Due to physical damage of the LCD screen, the product is not working properly,it generally only for scrap.


5. Products that purchased in our company breaks down or needs repair, please describe the problem in detail the phenomenon of the product as much as possible, so that our technical staff can determine the cause of the fault, to provide you with better service.

A5: 12 months warranty lifetime free maintainance except the human damage and force majeure factor, can be 24-monthes with extra cost.

During the guarantee period, we will send the new replacement components for free if it's because of hardware problem after we confirm, and cover the shipment fee for the replacement delivery.

Beyond the guarantee period, we will provide maintenance service and technical support (Hardware and other possible charges, we will not bear the responsibility).
