For products in stock, we can send out within 10 days after your payment. If not, normally it's 60 days upon sample approval and
deposit received.

Yes, We have professional RR&D team, and our designers can help you customize.
6. Are you products food safety?
Yes, our products, both ceramic and silicone, are food safety according to EU standard. We have our products tested in SGS, ROSH.
7.What is your payment terms ?
Normally we work with customers via L/C and T/T 30% as deposit, Balance upon copy of B/L terms.
