・Konbu Katsuo Dashinomoto (Kelp and Bonito Flavor)

■How to Use Dashinomoto




・Boil 600ml of water in a pot and prepare 4g of dashinomoto.
・After the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add dashinomoto.
 *Please adjust the amount of dashi powder to match your taste.
・Please dissolve dashi powder.

■Standard Amount of Use: 4g (1 tablespoon)
・Miso soup: 4 servings (150ml per person)
・Dipping noodle soup, dipping tempura sauce: 3 servings (200ml per person)
