It also has excellent abrasion, high temperature, chemical resistance, the best release and good tensile strength. PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics is mainly used in some special applications requiring an extremely smooth surface.

1. What is thermal sublimation transfer

3. Thermal sublimation transfer ink to be used
Thermal sublimation transfer ink must be used. This ink made of disperse dyes will sublimate and dye with the substrate at the transfer temperature. High quality thermal sublimation ink should not block the nozzle, with realistic color and good stability.
4. Adjust the appropriate color concentration
Adjust the color concentration in the computer to avoid excessive ink. It is necessary to check the effect of thermal transfer after adjustment.
5. Adjust the appropriate hot pressing temperature and time
The temperature range of thermal transfer is about 180-230 ℃, and the time is about 10-30 seconds. Before formal batch transfer, a small test should be conducted to determine the process parameters.
6. During heat transfer printing, the hot pressing surface must be close to each other
During thermal transfer, the hot pressing surface, transfer paper and substrate surface must be close to each other without gaps, otherwise the transfer image and text will be blurred.
7. Advantages of thermal sublimation transfer
