Product Description

The Acrylic Needle Felt is made of polyacrylonitrile, which has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance. This material also has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, minimal elongation and shrinkage, and high strength. When the sound waves invade the glass fiber cotton, due to the friction and the size of the cavitation, the sound absorption rate is as high as 90% or more. Therefore, this needle felt is a good way to prevent noise interference.

In addition, compared with other insulation materials, the Fiberglass Needle Felt is the light and most flexible. If installed on the machine, this felt can reduce its weight and vibration load.
