Keshang Double Cylinder Metal Hydraulic Baler Machine for Y81-800
Application:
Y81 series metal hydraulic baler mainly suitable for steel recovery and processing industries,colored and black metal smelt industries,it can extrude every kinds of metal leftover materials,steel paring,waste copper and waste aluminum into qualified charging such as square,cylinder,octagon body and other sharps.
The purpose is reduce the costs of transportation and smelting.
Features:
1.The hydraulic driving is adopted for all types of machines,the manual and PLC automatic control operations are optional.
2.No foundation boits for installation.The diesel may be equipped as driving at place without power supplying.
3.Turn over bag type and push bag type and used for bag coming out.
4.Extruding force has&classes from 63 tons to 400 tons and production rate is form 0.5 tons per hour to 50 tons per hour.

1.What’s the capacity of the baler?
We have many different models, which have different baling capacity. Also we can suggest the suitable model according to your capacity requirements.
2.Voltage
Usually it requires 380V, 3 phase,50-60Hz.
We also can design different voltages according to your requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc. You just need to tell us your voltage value before manufacturing.
3.How to Install ?
a.For vertical baler machines, no need to install. This kind of machine is exported by complete unit.
When you receive the machine, you only need to connect it with the power (usually 3 phase, 380V), and fill the hydraulic oil (HF#46or #68) as per user manual.
b.For horizontal machines, we can provide installation service. Installation and training are free, but our technician’s charges
of freight tickets, hotels and food etc are on your account.
4.What Payment terms we accept ?
We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment.
And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.
