4)How long can I receive your samples or goods?

It mainly depend on the logistics methods. If the total weight of your samples/goods is below 20kg, you can ship them via express, which will take about 5-9 days. If you ship the samples/goods via sea, it will arrive in about 24-40 days.

If you choose our online shipping mode, we will send its online tracking link to you. If you ship the goods via sea, we will notice its shipping time and arrival time to you.

6)How should I pick up my goods?

All the goods shipped via express will reach your address directly. If your goods are shipped via sea, you will need to finish the customs clearance and pick up your goods at the destination port or let the local transporter deliver the goods to your address.
