Description
Semi automatic counting machine is a semi-automatic counting and bottle filling machine for capsules, tablets, soft gel capsules, and pills. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, herbal, food and chemical industries.
Main Application:
This machine has been designed and developed to count & fill different shapes or size of products accurately like soft gel
capsules, hard capsules, tablets, sugar coating, and film coating tablets, pills, herb medicine or similar products into
containers or vials.
The machine can be adjusted to count capsules or tablets between 1-9999 pcs per bottle without changing spare parts.

1.Set the counting number of tablets arbitrarily among 0-9999
2.Material is Stainless Steel SS304 and meets GMP design
3.Rotary counting design with fast and smooth operation
4.Highly counting accuracy with special electrical eye protection device
5.Dust removal device inside for smooth and efficient counting
6.Easy control variable counting speed by replacing bottles manually
7.Vibration feeding design, the vibration frequency of the hopper can be adjusted according to whether sending tablet or not
8.Easy operation and no adjustment is required as changing tablets.
