1. Can we do printing on the packaging tubes, bottles or jars?
Yeah, we offer different type of logo technics, such as screen printing, hot stamping and painting.
2. Can we get your free samples?
Yeah, free samples(no logo) can be arranged, but freight collected.
3. What is the normal lead time?
For our stock products(without logo), we will send goods to you within 3-7 workdays after payment received.
For customized products(with your brand/logo), the delivery time is 10-30 workdays after payment and brand/logo artwork confirmed.
4. What is your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, Credit card are accepted.
For bulk customized order: 30%-50% deposit paid in advance, balance paid before shipment.
5. What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detailed requirements: By sea, by air, or by express, etc.
6. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before production, after samples approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; and taking pictures after packing.
