HbA1c Quantitative Rapid Test Device (Whole blood)
The HbA1c Quantitative Rapid Test Device (Whole blood) is used for quantitative analysis on glycated hemoglobin in the whole blood samples.
Glycosylated hemoglobin is a non-enzymatic stable glycosylation product formed by glucose in human blood and hemoglobin in red blood cells. Glycation of hemoglobin can occur at the amino termini of the alpha and beta chains, as well as other sites with free amino groups.

Using Procedure
Operation Steps
Before performing the test, please make sure that all components are brought to room temperature (see storage). Take a vial with buffer solution out of the kit. Mark with patients name or ID. Open the screw cap.
Bring tests, specimens, and/or controls to room temperature (20-30°C) before use.

1. Take 50μL of the Sample, add into the pyrolysis liquid and fully mixed;
2. Transfer 75μL mixture into the specimen well of the device;
3. Insert the device into the Test Device Slot;
4. Immediate Test-Quick;
5. 10 minutes later, the result will show in the display;
6. Click the print to get the results.
