Our founder Mr. Zheng, was engaged in fasteners-manufacturing from his sixteen, with over 30+ years experience in this industry so far. He built the factory in 2001, and now we have 3 engineers of over 30 years experience and stably long-term cooperation with suppliers of raw material, mould-manufacturing and electroplating.
We mainly manufacture hollow and solid rivets, meanwhile, we support customization according to drawings. When we receive the drawing, we'll use precision machine tool to make a sample rivet accordingly, and then we can get weight and calculate cost to quote.
For equipments, we have dozens of machines like punch and multi-station cold header to produce various kinds of products, which could offer the most cost-effective manufacturing plan.

Q: Can I place a small order? A: It's okay, we'd like to start from a small order to show our product quality.
Meanwhile, we have enough stock, which could arrange shipment asap.
Q: Can I get some samples? A: Yes, we'd like to provide free rivet sample for your test, just pay for freight cost or provide your courier account.
Q: What is the process and cost of product customization? A: When we receive the drawing, our engineer would make a pre-sample to get weight and cost, and then we could quote accordingly.
If we can confirm the order, we'll require mould fee and pre-payment, and then we'll finish sample order before required date and send for your checking.
Once we get your confirmation, we'll arrange mass production.
Q: What kind of price term and payment term would you provide? A: For price term, we support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and more, as you require.
For payment term, we support T/T, L/C, Paypal, WestUnion(only for small amount).
We'll charge 30%-50% pre-payment, the balanced paid when production is finished, and we'll ship then.
Q: What's the production schedule? A: For regular item, we have existed mould and arrange into production immediately, which would take about 10-30days according to actual quantity.
For customizd items, it'll take 15-30 days to make and adjust mould, and about 10-20 days to produce and pack.
