Finned tube heat exchangers have tubes with extended outer surface area or fins to enhance the heat transfer rate from the additional area of fins. Finned tubes or tubes with extended outer surface area enhance the heat transfer rate by increasing the effective heat transfer area between the tubes and surrounding fluid. The fluid surrounding finned tubes maybe process fluid or air.

There are 2 kinds of the SS tube & fin heat exchangers, which are SS tube & Al fin type and SS tube & SS fin full SS type.
The products are applied for commercial A/C, industrial refrigeration, Gas cooler, Energy Recovery system, pollution gas recovery system, industrial dryer, many other kinds of the refrigeration systems.

The hairpin tube can be “U” bended and straight, end to be connected by return bender.
The tube expanding and tube welding technology of SS heat exchanger are specialized, SS tube welding by orbital machinery. all the connect point welded smooth, full and nice appearance.

2 ) Three Inspection : raw material ,pressure,measurement of size , package and finishing
3) Warranty period: within one year after receipt of the goods
4) Packing with Plastic Mat, Waterproof Paper , drying agent/desiccant and plastic cap
For light ,short fin tubes ,we use exporting wooden case
For heavy, long fin tubes ,we use iron frame wooden case
On the top of the package ,we weld more square steel to protect the package
