Most damage to countertops doesn’t occur due to natural substances—most surface damage can be attributed to chemicals. As quartz countertops are nonporous, it is crucial to understand that discoloration of quartz is not due to a substance “soaking in” but more often due to a chemical reaction with the resin. Chemicals that have the potential to discolor a quartz surface include:

• Drain cleaner
• Bleach
• Acid-based cleaners
• Paint stripper
• Degreasers
• Oven cleaners
• Beauty products including hair dye
• Toothpaste and tooth whitening products
• Acetone

Quartz is made of natural quartz which may vary in color, pattern, and shade. There are color difference in photos and cannot fully convey all the characteristics of the product. It is recommended to check a sample and view the whole slab when making final selection.

Quality Control                                                                                         

Our strict quality control for marble/ granite. The following aspects are covered under marble/ granite inspection:
1. Checking for texture, color, spots, color lines and grainy/uniform crystal structure.
2. Inspection of surface finish — honed, flamed, polished, tumbled, bush hammered or more.
3. Checking for visible defects like scratches, broken edges, cracks, chipping, etching, pin holes, repair marks, swirl marks, etc.
4. Looking for other production defects, such as angle between adjacent edges, and intensity of polish and flatness.
5. Checking the length, thickness and width of the marble/ granite as per the specification or within the acceptable tolerance along with diagonal length and angle control.

 

Packing & Shipping                                                                                 

Marble/ Granite are packed every carton or foam boxes, and then in strong wooden crates.
Thick tiles are packed directly in wooden crates, with safe support to protect the surface& edges, and prevent rain and dust.
Stone Slabs are packed in strong wooden bundles.

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes,samples are available. Price and shipping cost open for negotiation.

 

Q: What available size do you have for slab:

A: We produce 3050/3100/3200mm*1400/1500/1600/1800mm slabs and have 15mm/20mm/30mm thickness available.

 

Q: Can you do customized colors?

A: Yes, we can do color matching per request.

 

Q: Do you have cut-to-size production?

A: Yes, we have our own fabrication shop for cut-to-size countertops or other finished product.

 

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: 200 square meter per color for both customized colors and non-customized colors. Negotaiable for testing order or project mock up.

 

Q: How do we pay for order?

A: You can pay by L/C and T/T.

 

Q: What is the delivery time for order?

A: If we have stock of what you need, we can delivery right after we receive payment.If we don't have stock, it takes 2-3 weeks to finish production.

 

Q: Do you have after-sales serveices:

A: Our product is 100% quality checked. If the product is not usable due to quality problems, we accept refund or exchange service or other methods to deal with. The specific situation is based on the negotiation results.
