1500W Portable magnetic Induction bolts Heater
This high frequency induction bolts heater MH1500 is a perfect appliance of magnetic induction technology, which can be used for heat treatment of automobile, mechanical small parts and various metal parts.
It is mainly used for the heating various kinds of automobile rusty bolts, nuts, gears, pulleys, blocks, bearings and so on.
No open fire, no need to avoid plastic and other flammable substances,
No need of water cooling, safe operation, easy to operate and carry.
Endurance Testing
To optimise the performance of this appliance, we have done a lot of testings before delivery. One of the most important testing is endurance testing. Two induction heaters were tested together, total 2000 cycles , 5 Mins on , 2 mins off , the temperature of the different locations of the unit was monitored by the computer.
