Common Trouble & Shooting

USE NOTICE: Before the valve is installed,it is necessary to completely clear away any impurities in the gas dome. Compressed air must be strictly controlled and must be a clean and dry air supply.Work pressure must be strictly controlled to within 2-6bar and being stable relatively.
Use Period	Failure Phenomena	Possible Reason	Troubleshooting
During Installing and Commissioning	All valves can't be opened but the leading part does act.	1.Check the gas dome pressure to see if it's too low. 2.Check input voltage if it's too low. 3.Check the pulse width if it's too short.	1.Check the leakage. 2.Adjust line and controller to recover the voltage. 3.Adjust PLC or controller to increase the pulse width.
		All valves can't be closed even no electricity.	Check the input and output of valve if opposite installing. (right-angle type)	Change the input and output and re-install it.
		There is leakage and can't establish a gas dome.	Check if some valves in the same gas dome are leaking, thus create a false impression leakage for all valves. (embedded type)	Check the tightness between O-ring seal and output tube and then replace the thicker O-ring seal.
		Some valves can't be closed and there is leakage.	1.Check if there is some dirt or debris on the membrance and it's blocking the moving iron core. 2.Check if the leading part is damaged.	1.Clean the membranceand check if the membrance is complete. Check the moving iron core and air lock. 2.Replace the leading part.
		Some valves don't work, but the others are normal.	1.Check the valve coil connection and coil. 2.Check nearby if there is high-voltage wire or high-frequency electrical equipment.	1.Replace the accessories. 2.Far away from high-voltage wire or high-frequency electrical equipment or add shield equipment.
		A valve's closing is slow.	Check if the membrance orifice is blocked.	Dredge the membrance orifice.
During Use Period	Some valves are leaking. The membrance can't close tightly and the valve is always open a little.	1.Check if there is some dirt or debris on the membrance or moving iron core. 2.Check if the leading part is damaged. 3.Check if the moving iron core is blocked.	1.Clean the membrance and moving iron core and check if the membrance piece is complete. 2.Check the moving iron core and the air lcok. 3.Replace the accessories.
		Coild is hot or burned out.	1.Check if the coil has been turned on for too long. 2.Check if the water goes into the coil.	1.Check the working condition of the control system. 2.Replace the coil and avoid the water go-in again.
		Voltage exists but the valve doesn't operate.	Check if the membrance is damaged or the orifice is blocked.	Replace the accessories in time.
		Ambient temperature is below -20 centigrade and the valve is leaking or can't open.	Check if there is frost in the valve because of the low temperature	Pay attention to insulation and maintaining proper temperature or contact us to replace the membrance who can afford -40 centigrade.
		The membrance is broken in few month.	1.Check if the working pressure and the frequency is too high. 2.Check if the ambient temperature is too high. 3.Check if the compressed air is corrosive.	1.Turn down the pressure and slow down the frequency or contact us to replace the membrance who can afford high pressure and frequency. 2.Replace the membrance who can afford the high temperature. 3.Replace the membrance who can afford the corrosive air.
