We would send all packages out within 48 hours except on Sundays/holidays. There is no intentional change about the color, but it can be that the production of one production lot varies slightly from
another production lot under very specific conditions. These variations are always within the quality controlled ISO standards.
Q13: Is there any prohibited substance used in the cosmetic product such as mercury or hydroquinone?
Definitely NO. We always make sure all of the products will not contain any harm substance before we proceed to sell them.
