Q₁: How many letters are contained? What’s size about it?

A:Our factory have more than 80 kinds of letters, you can contact us for details

For regular letters, like 340/460 pcs letters, the size is 3/4 inch per letter, other size like 1inch or 1.5inch or 2inch are all available.

 

Q_2: Can I choose color of felts? How about the color of letters?

A:  Yes, color of letters or boards can be chosen based on the color card of our factory. Do not hesitate to discuss more details with our customer service(24 hours on line!)

 

Q_3: What’s your minimum order quantity?

A:For regular products, MOQ can be negotiated with us, small order can be accepted. For customized products, MOQ is100pcs, while you can negotiate with us if have any issue.

 

Q_4: Can I have a sample order?

A:OEM,ODM or Customization service are all accepted. Warmly welcome sample orders to check the quality, and it will take 7-15days to get the customized sample.

 

Q₅:Are the samples free or not?

A:We are pleasured to offer the samples if it is our regular items, but the freight must be collected by you. We will collect the suitable sample cost and freight cost if it is your customized items.
