1.This Product have 9 stations, can choose different station and equip corresponding manipulator to meet different type of tail folding, sealing requirement for plastic tube, laminated tubes, It is a multi-purpose machine.

2.Tube feeding, eye marking, tube interior cleaning (optional), material filling, sealing (tail folding), batch number printing, finished products discharging can be performed automatically (the whole procedure).

3.Tube storage can through motor to adjust up-down height as per different tube length. And can With external reversal feeding system, makes tube charging more convenient and tidy.

4.The mechanical linkage photo sensor precision tolerance is less than 0.2mm. reduce the chromatic aberration scope between tube and eye mark.

5.Light, electric, pneumatic integrative control, No tube, no filling. Lower pressure, auto display (alarm); The machine stop automatically if tube error or open the safety door.

6.Double-layer jacket instant heater with inside air heating, it won’t damage the pattern outer wall of tube and achieves firm and beautiful sealing effect.

Finally, we’ll show you the photos and the test video of the finished machine. You pay the balance and the equipment will be shipped as scheduled, or by our forwarder or by your familiar forwarder.

3. How long is your machine’s warranty?

1 year after the delivery. During the one year, we can offer the broken parts free of charge, if the problem isn’t caused by wrong operation.

4. What can you provide for after-sale service?

We can send the engineer to the customer’s factory for the installation and operation training if the customer requires. We can also supply the installation and operation instruction by video.

5. If we have very special request on the production line, could you help me to do the design?
