A2: Of course! The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
Q3: How long can I get this sample?
A3 : --If you only need our samples, we will send you once we received your courier charge.
B3: --If you need the samples you design. After receiving the sample charge and courier charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.
Q4: Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A4 : Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production.
Q5: Can i design the inner paper?
A5 : Sure! We will follow your design. And do our best to achieve your satisfaction.
