Recirculation aquaculture systems (RAS)

ZHONGKE is expert for the realization of RAS system, an exciting, eco-friendly and unique way to farm fish. Instead of the traditional method of growing fish outdoors in open ponds, net cages or tanks, this system rears fish at high densities within a operator controllable rearing environment inside a building. Recirculation Aquaculture System, making-up with pools, biological treatment, skimming capacity, ozone demanding, aeration/oxygen demanding.  

The main process technology are:

u Mechanical filtration removes suspended particles

u Bio treatment with SPL convert Ammonia and Nitrite into the no poisons Nitrate.

u Protein skimmer with venturi injection system remove protein, organic compounds, BOD/COD, fine particles like bacteria and viruses, faces and oxidation products from the ozone treatment. Also dissolved oxygen is increased and pH value is stabilized.

u Ozone treatment unit with controlled dosing of ozone or ultraviolet irradiation converts Ammonia and Nitrite to Nitrate reduces COD and BOD destroys the dangerous bacteria and viruses. In this way, this is the best disease prevention method. 

u Water environment control system

u Circulation unit (pumps, valves, pipings) for total water circulation on the same floor.
