A top grade fresh blue fin tuna farm raised in Ehime prefecture, Japan for sashimi and sushi.The tuna is only fed a bait, no formula feed used, so that it tastes like a wild catch and color will stay red longer than other farm raised tuna.

The fish is processed at HACCP certified plant for sanitary assurance and every fish goes throgh radioactive contamination inspection which is twenty times more strictly than Japanese standard.

The prices are very depending on a quantity and cut and part of tuna.

The late 1920’, my grandfather had started working in the world famous Tsukiji fish market at age of twelve. Ever since then, a fish business has become a “family business” for us.
