Our "Automatic Warehouse Storage And Retrieval System Customized Mini-load Shuttle ASRS  " is a three-dimensional automatic warehouse storage system which is composed by Racking system, Automatic Storage and Retrieval Machine, Conveyors, Automatic transfer equipment, Electrical control System, and WMS/WCS software etc,. We use first-class integrated logistics concept, the advanced control technology, communications and information technology to design a totally customized automatic warehouse storage/retrieval solution according to the exact requirements for our customer all over the world.

Now there are mainly 2 kinds of ASRS widely applied in different industries all over the world. 

It's Stacker Crane Type ASRS, and Shuttle Carrier Type ASRS.

Product Components Description

The full ASRS include a lot of hardware+software,

it normally include: Racking system+Storage and Retrieval machine+Conveyor+Electrical control system+WMS

Follow is the description of these components:

1.    Racking System

The rack system is used to store the box or pallet cargo. Rack system used for AS/RS usually consists of pallet racking and cantilever racking, treated with powder coated, dismantled structure.

2. Storage&Retrieval Machine 

In Shuttle Type ASRS adop Shuttle Carrier to fullfill the task of store or retrieval cargo from/into Shelf area.

3. Conveying System

Conveying system is include by various of conveyor system, lifting & transferring device, lift, RGV, detecting door etc.

The conveying system  main function is connect with the storage&retrieval machines to convey the cargo from shelf/racking to entrance or exit of the full system

4. Electrical Controlling system

The electrical controlling system is to control all the machines(hardware)in ASRS, for example, to control the movement of Stacker crane,

It include: Computer monitoring & controlling devices and PLC detecting system to get automatic control system achieved.

The Controlling mode include: Online automatic mode, single-computer automatic mode, semi-automatic mode, manual mode, maintenance mode.

Automatic addressing modes: Laser-measuring addressing, rolling addressing, barcode addressing.

Communication modes: infrared communication, wireless communication.

Structural feature:

Communicating with WMS and ECS through OPC agreement, PROFIBUS bus network

5. WMS System

Hardwares of WMS System: star network structure, network sever, RF server, computers for management and monitor, RF base station and RF terminal for in/out warehouse of goods.

Softwares of WMS System:

Data-base: MS SQL SEVER 2000X

Warehouse management software: WMS

Equipment controlling software: ECS

Bar code management software: RFS

6. Other related equipment

Other related equipment include switching cart, rail cart, O/R table, automatic guided vehicle, auto-picking system, electronic label, pallet lift and so on.

2. Installation:

      a. buyer installed themselves according to our brief guide note;

      b. we send technician to finish installation, buyer should pay us the cost.

3. Spare parts changing ( over warranty):

      We offer any very small quantity ( much less than the MOQ) spare parts need to be changed

      but over the warranty, just take the normal sale price cost, buyer just paid for freight and MOQ

      price is ok.

4. technolagy service:

      Any technolagy of our sold items, we will provide for buyer freely within our ability.

      And buyer will get our catalogue book(including technical and our newest products info) for free.
