A9: Normally,our led drivers are putted in paper tray/PEfoam,then packed in carton,and packed in pallet if needed.We also can pack products according to your requirement.If the goods are damaged cause by poor package(not violent transport),we will make compensation for corresponding losses,to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding package issue, we suggest you check the goods once you receive them. If there is any goods damaged, don't forget take the detail pictures and contact us as soon as possible, we will properly handle it to make sure your loss to reduce to the smallest.
