Features:
- Complete machine wallboard and key parts all made by high precision processing center and CNC grinder for grinding.
- All the transmission rollers adopt high quality steel, surface precise grinding, hard chrome plating and balance treatment.
- The transmission gear is alloy materials, quenching heat treatment, precision grinding, hardness reach to HRC58-62 which ensure the accurate printing for long time running.
- The transmission part adopt key-free connection loop to eliminate the interval which is suitable for long term high speed printing.
- The whole machine adopt spray lubrication and equipped with automatic balance device.
- Automatic zero and automatic reset for printing, slotting, die cutting.
- Printing, slotting and die cutting phase adjustment is electric digital type 360 degree adjustment (whatever machine running or stop)
- Anilox roller: customer can choose the steel anilox roller or ceramic roller, the mesh according to customer requirement.

QC
All our machine will be tested by our QC department before shipping, to ensure every machine will work well after they reach you. The QC is through all production, from raw materials, processing, assembling, finished machine testing.
Warranty
The machine guarantee is 1 year and within 12 months, if any spare parts damaged ( not broken by person ), we will offer the spare parts freely. But the buyer shall afford the courier charge. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional operation, not in maintenance scope.

1) Can I custom this machine?
Yes, optional parts can be chosen if you need, COST EXTRA. Such as safety cover,handheld operator,cutting supporter and auto grinding system.
2) Does your packing safe?
Of course. Our packing is export standard wooden case suitable for long time ocean shipping.
3) What is your payment terms?
30% T/T as deposit and 70% payment before shipment, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or usance L/C
4) What is your delivery?
About 20-45 wording days after deposit.
5) Can I get guarantee?
Yes, of course. We supply 1 year guarantee for all machines.
