How to properly dilute the powder


You can restore the product at home using warm water. After dilution, a drink is obtained that is similar in quality to pasteurized milk. Measure one part of milk, then slowly pour in three parts of warm water. To reduce clumping of dry powder into lumps, the mixture is stirred. You can use a blender or whisk to achieve a more uniform consistency.


Powdered milk is indispensable for making homemade cakes, creams, sauces, cereals, soups. When there is no fresh product on hand, you can use the powder option, which has the advantage of a long shelf life.


Storage methods


The maximum shelf life of milk powder is 8 months from the date of production. It is necessary to create optimal conditions at the warehouse that preserve the properties of the products: tº - from 0ºC to + 10ºC, humidity - up to 85%. At home, hermetically sealed bags are best kept in the refrigerator.


For long-term storage and transportation, a special container is used - paper bags with PE liners. At retail, powdered milk comes in foil-clad polyethylene packs or cans with hermetically sealed lids.


Expired milk powder or products, during storage of which violations were observed, are prohibited to eat.
