Rich Metal have a complete QC system, we follow ISO 9001 manufacturing procedure and equipment with good measuring and test equipment, also have special QC and engineers to control the manufacturing procedure from prototyping to delivery.
we do full size checking for initial sample, 2 hours routine checking, and key size inspection before delivery, we will provide inspection report to the buyer and also send clear pics or video for approval before delivery.

terms shall be effective or binding upon Rmetal unless agreed to in writing and signed by an officer of Rmetal.

2. QUOTATIONS and PRICES
2.1 Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date upon which they were given.
2.2 A final quote is provided based on the 3D CAD model and detailed 2D drawings. If information is not enough, we will give you a
ballpark or just a quote for your marketing budget.
Lead time starts from reception of buyer deposit.
2.3 BUYER is responsible for ensuring that properties and performance of the sheet metal material selected meet the requirements
of their application if BUYER specific the material on the 2D drawig.
2.4 All quotations are based on our general tolerances if no 2D drawing or the drawing not show the tolerances. Our tolerances are
in line with sheet metal fabrication industry standards.
2.5 Packing & Shipping.
Rmetal only quote a common packing that is safe enough to ship bulk parts by boat if customer not give us detail instruction.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Tooling payment terms is 50% deposit with purchaser order, 40% with T1 sample submission, 10% balance with sample approval.
100% pre-pay is preferred.
4.2 Payment Time: Payment against Invoice
4.3 For Mass Production, the terms is 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping , but also binding to the trade terms,
Rich metal reserve the right to do 30-100% pre-paid before shipping depends all kinds of situation.
5. QUALITY
If there is any quality problem, due to the characteristics of materials used for the sample/part and other reasons, the BUYER
shall raise it within 30 days after shipment of sample, otherwise it would be deemed that the BUYER accept the sample or finished
goods.
6. COPY RIGHT
Rmetal assumes no responsibility for the design of the goods that are subject of this transaction.
Rmetal could sign NDA with customer and promise not to exposure customer business and design informatIon.

Unless documented,otherwise, tooling and goods used to produce BUYER’s parts will be stored for a period of 36 months following
the last order from BUYER. Goods may be stored for a long period if requested in writing by BUYER.
